I have been practicing in Hamilton since I graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2011 👩🎓. In 2016, I opened Simply Healthy, Simply Strong🍎💪 , an integrative clinic filled with a diverse array of practitioners (including psychotherapists, osteopathic manual therapists, RMT/medical acupuncturist/athletic therapist, a health coach & sound therapy/meditation expert).
I love encouraging others to take an active role in their health, and lead by example. I won’t ask you to do anything I wouldn’t have done myself. 🤗
I have been studying Qi Gong very heavily over the last 8 months, and have begun to incorporate this practice into my patient visits. I am really excited to add this lifestyle technique to patient treatment plans. Drug – free healing at its finest! ✨
I love working in Hamilton, and observing the changes of the 4 seasons on the Niagara escarpment and the local waterfalls. A reminder that we cannot bloom all year long.
I am a Jill of all trades and love kayaking, camping, cycling, and stand up paddle boarding. I recently started taking figure skating lessons. For some reason though, I don’t skate like Tessa Virtue…yet (🤷♀️). I can’t wait for restrictions to lift so I can get back to the rink!
