Online Courses
You have read the articles. You have tried the diets. You have asked good questions and gotten vague answers.
What you may not have had is one clear explanation of what is actually happening in your body — and what you can realistically do to support your health.
That is what the Simply Healthy, Simply Strong Academy is for.
Created by Dr. Lisa Tabrizi, ND, a naturopathic doctor with over a decade of clinical experience, these self-paced online courses are designed to help you better understand your body, make sense of the health information coming at you, and take practical steps toward feeling stronger and more confident in your health.
From perimenopause and menopause to metabolism, mood, strength, and other areas of women’s health, each course brings together the physiology, the evidence, and the strategies that actually translate into real life.
No gimmicks. No 30-day transformations. Just clear information, practical guidance, and tools you can come back to again and again.
Watch on your schedule, from anywhere. Learn at your own pace. Return to the material whenever you need a refresh
Choose Your Course
Reboot Your Metabolism
For the woman who is blaming her hormones, fighting cravings, stuck at the same number on the scale, and tired of trying every diet. Nine modules covering nutrition, strength training, perimenopause, sleep, and stress, with a bonus strength training plan. You will learn how to retrain your metabolism, fuel your body with confidence, and build strength that holds.
Nourish Your Mood
For the woman whose energy, patience, and motivation drop the moment the days get shorter. Six modules in just over an hour, covering the biology of seasonal mood shifts, the nutrition and daily rhythms that steady them, clear supplement education, and a guided meditation to keep. A seasonal reset you can complete in one sitting and return to every year.
Navigating Perimenopause
For the woman who is exhausted but cannot sleep, gaining weight while eating exactly the same, and quietly wondering whether this is really perimenopause. Six modules covering what is actually changing in your body, the full range of symptoms beyond hot flashes, a metabolic reset, hormone therapy and supplements explained, and a blueprint you build for yourself, with bonus strength training guidance and a journal to keep. The clear explanation a rushed appointment never has time to give you.
Why These Courses Are Different
Most online programs sell you a protocol. These teach you the mechanism, because the woman who understands why her body is doing something makes better decisions for the next twenty years, not the next twenty days.
- Built on patterns seen in clinical practice since 2011, not on trends
- Written for women over 40, with perimenopause as the context rather than an afterthought
- Honest about limits. Supplements are education to bring to your provider, not guaranteed fixes
- Realistic. No elimination protocols and no workout that needs an hour you do not have
- Self-paced video, yours to keep, watched on any device from anywhere
