Together we will:
- practice breathing techniques
- learn self-acupressure
- have time for personal reflection
- learn mindful movements
Classes are Mondays April 11th -May 9th (no class Easter Monday) from 12-1pm, and will be held on Zoom and are recorded. Recordings will be provided within 24 hours of class.
